Description: Taught by Alex Allan and Jenn Bruyer, this workshop will introduce various ways to partner on the vertical apparatus. Working with some of our favorite examples of partnering, we will explore categories of doubles work including mirroring, hand to hand, tension pole, flier & tail and more.
Description: Dance trapeze is a mesmerizing apparatus that combines spinning, dynamic movement, strength, and dance on the floor and in the air. In this workshop designed for beginners without dance trapeze experience, students will learn a range of skills on this apparatus. Floor work, using momentum, spinning, spirals and vertical movement will be explored.
