WALL RUNNING / VERTICAL DANCE
3 WEEK SERIES
Do you want to fly and defy gravity while running, flipping, and dancing on a wall? This 3 week series is for you! Wall running and vertical dance expert, Amy Ell, is joining us for 3 weeks to share her knowledge of rope and harness dance. Learn the foundations of safety and harness technique on and off the wall. Harness work is great for the core and gives you a full body work out — while having the time of your life!
Prerequisites: Open to anyone! No experience needed!

Register for either the Friday 3 week series, or the Saturday 3 week series, or both!
- Friday 3 week series: April 20, 27 and May 4 from 6-7:30 pm for $105 total.
- Saturday 3 week series: April 21, 28 and May 5 from 10-11:30 am OR 11:45 am – 1:15 pm for $105 total.
