Run on a wall for Labor Day!
Do you want to fly and defy gravity while running, flipping, and dancing on a wall? This workshop is for you! Learn the foundations of safety and harness technique on and off the wall. Harness work is great for the core and gives you a full body work out — while having the time of your life!
Prerequisites: Open to anyone! No experience needed!
Schedule: This workshop is offered at 2 different times on Sept. 3 from 5:45-7:15 pm or 7:30-9 pm.
