Fly and defy gravity while running, flipping, and dancing on a wall (like Pink)! Learn the foundations of safety and harness technique on and off the wall. Harness work is great for the core and gives you a full body work out — while having the time of your life!
Prerequisites: Open to anyone! No experience needed.
Schedule: This special 4 week series class meets every other Saturday from 3:15-4:30 pm on Nov. 3, 17, Dec. 1, and 15.
There is a $15 registration fee for new students.
