Up your flexibility game! In this special 3 week series, you’ll learn new techniques to prepare and protect your muscles for stretching. Week 1 will focus on the lower body, week 2 will give you tools to increase your back flexibility, and week 3 will cover shoulders, neck, and overall body health. Through these active and passive stretching techniques, this class will help you find new ways to stretch and find greater range of mobility and comfort within your body.
