Sircus: Circus designed for Sirs! Impress your partner with strength moves that defy gravity and improve your sports prowess through targeted mobility exercises. Have fun and build muscle upside down while learning skills on rope, trapeze, and fabric that will include cardio, strength training, and yes, a little flexibility to keep your body balanced. Prerequisites: None! Come as you are. All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels are welcome.
Schedule: This series class meets once per week from Oct. 29 – Dec. 17 (no class on Nov. 19) on Mondays from 7:30-8:45 pm.
