Come fly with us at Northwest Vista College this summer!
An extremely affordable 8 week course in aerial dance will be taught by Aerial Horizon director, Julia Langenberg, and company member Elizabeth Stich at Northwest Vista College in San Antonio, TX. This groundbreaking college course is open to all ages, abilities, and skill levels–no need to be a college student. No previous aerial training necessary. Physical movement and skills for all levels on aerial silks, trapeze, and lyra will be covered, along with rigging lectures, video presentations, and material from literature will enhance your knowledge of this art form.
WHEN: Mondays and Wednesdays from June 9 – July 31
TIME: 11 am – 1:40 pm
WHERE: Northwest Vista College – Palmetto Arts Center (PCA 108)
REGISTRATION: You do not need to be a college student to register for this course.
FOR NON-CREDIT – If you are not a NVC student, contact Yvonne Haynes at NVC’s Community Education department at (210) 486-4407. Ask to register for “Problems in Dance (Aerial Dance).”
If you would like to take the course for credit and are not a current student at NVC, you must apply to the college before enrolling in any course:
FOR CREDIT – If you are already a NVC student, please go to ACES and register for course number DANC 2301, section 001, CRN 13361, “Problems in Dance.”
