Let’s face it, we’re all going to sustain an injury at some point in our lifetime, no matter what career or activity you pursue. What can you do to prevent injuries? How do you heal an injury? How do you cope with an injury as it’s healing and get back into training when you’re ready?
In this workshop, we’ll introduce a variety injury prevention methods through specific stretching and strengthening exercises. We will also look at theraband, foam, and ball rolling exercises and discuss anatomy to discover how the body is completely connected. There is so much material to cover!
So bring your problems to class (what coach has ever said that?!) and we’ll do our best to give you specific techniques to help.
Prerequisites: Open to anyone and everyone! You do not have to be an aerial student to attend, but we may introduce a few aerial exercises low to the ground.
