Aerial Sling is a great apparatus for students interested in developing total body strength, alignment, and flexibility, while exploring interesting transitions and dynamic movement. Vocabulary from fabric, lyra, rope, and trapeze can be translated onto sling to make shapes and skills unique to this apparatus.(Similar to a hammock, aerial sling is connected at one point to make a loop of fabric.). •Prerequisites: One intro level course on any aerial apparatus. •Register through the link in our bio!
Safely stretch your body in this functional flexibility class through proper technique and strengthening exercises to support your muscles while stretching.

Dance Trapeze is a mesmerizing apparatus that combines spinning, dynamic movement, strength, and dance on the floor and in the air! In this drop-in, students will learn choreography to explore the dance Trapeze and become comfortable in a single point apparatus.

Air Fit is perfect for anyone who wants to get in shape, change up their work-out routine, or simply meet new challenges. This non-stop, high energy class combines different cardiovascular, muscular, and artistic exercises practiced on the ground and in aerial hammocks.

Now offering WALL RUNNING/VERTICAL DANCE classes! Do you want to fly and defy gravity while running, flipping, and dancing on a wall? This 3 week series is for you! Wall running and vertical dance expert, Amy Ell, is joining us for 3 weeks to share her knowledge of rope and harness dance. Learn the foundations of safety and harness technique on and off the wall. Harness work is great for the core and gives you a full body work out -- while having the time of your life!
Prerequisites: Open to anyone! No experience needed!
