ADULT SUMMER CAMP – VERTICAL WEEK
SCHEDULE: This camp meets June 4-7 from 6-7:30 pm & June 8 from 7:30-9 pm. Can’t make it to all 5 days? No problem. Email email@example.com
5 days of fun on silks, sling, double loops, and a little rope too! Learn new vocabulary with new tricks, splits, beats, and sequences, and expand your skill set. Enjoy time to explore the full array of vertical apparatuses!
ADULT SUMMER CAMP – HORIZONTAL WEEK
SCHEDULE: This camp meets June 11-14 from 6-7:30 pm & June 15 from 7:30-9 pm. Can’t make it to all 5 days? No problem. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
For 5 days, we’ll cover new skills on lyra, trapeze, cube, and dance trapeze! Experience duo work, spinning technique, and choreography during this bar apparatuses week!
FABRIC DROPS INTENSIVE
SCHEDULE: This 4 Week Workshop meets once per week on Wednesdays from 7:30-8:45 pm on June 6, 13, 20 and 27.
Knowing how to control your drops on fabric is essential in training and performing safely. Learn proper body positioning in forward, sideways, and backwards rotations, the conditioning needed to maintain your form, and a systematic approach to walking out of complicated scenarios. Must be comfortable with single star and front dive.
SCHEDULE: This 4 Week Workshop meets once per week on Thursdays from 7:30-8:45 pm on June 7, 14, 21, and 28.
Aerial is more fun with your friends! Discover duo work on trapeze, lyra, and fabric in this 4 week workshop. Learn techniques to base and fly tricks, share weight, and make shapes that are double the fun. Develop trust, communication & the mechanics of partnering with classmates. Previous partnering work is not required and you do NOT need a partner to enroll.
SCHEDULE: This 3 Week Workshop is held once per week on Fridays from 6:15-7:30 pm on June 8, 15, and 22.
Explore all areas of conditioning, cross training, and injury prevention for a well rounded, healthy aerialist (and anyone!). Specific stretching and strengthening exercises will be introduced with aerial silks, theraband, and foam/ball rolling, along with discussions about anatomy to discover how the body is completely connected.
